ELABORATION OF SELECTED PROFESSIONAL APPENDICES TO THE APPLICATION FOR SUPPORT OF THE INTELLIGENT TRANSPORT SYSTEM OF THE CITY OF HRADEC KRÁLOVÉ PROJECT
The contracting authority is the Statutory City of Hradec Králové. Depending on the nature of the call, the processing of the order is two-phase. The subject of the first phase of the contract is the processing of selected annexes to the application for support for the project Intelligent Transport System of the City of Hradec Králové, in full determined by call No. 80 of the Operational Program Transport to submit the application for support under SC 2.3. - "ITS in cities" and the announced rules for beneficiaries. Specifically, these are the annexes:
- Project intent in the structure containing - basic characteristics of the project; a description of the current situation and justification of the need to implement the measures under consideration; concretization of partial goals of the project; description of the proposed variants; project readiness; project management and human resources management; the principle of equality between men and women; requirements for securing future operation, ie. use of project outputs.
- Evaluation of economic efficiency - performed by the CBA method according to the Departmental Methodology for the Evaluation of Transport Construction Projects, approved by the Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic.
- Calculation of indicators or verbal description of the project's benefits to meet the set objectives. Subject II. the phase of the contract is the incorporation of the comments of the managing authority.

Phase I of the contract was duly completed by 30 April 2020. In accordance with the request of the managing authority, II. phase of the contract closed by 30 October 2020.
